These terms cover this website and Darzi tailoring services in Clyde North, Victoria.
Consultations
Appointments can be booked through our Square booking page or arranged with our team. Follow the confirmation provided for your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a time. Any required deposit and payment method are confirmed with you.
Your commission
Garments are made to agreed measurements and preferences. Attend the scheduled fittings so we can refine and review your garment before delivery.
Quotes and pricing
Each commission is quoted in Australian dollars based on fabric, construction and design complexity. Quotes are valid for 30 days from their issue date.
Cancellations and changes
See our cancellation and refunds policy. Contact us promptly about requested changes to an order.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
The laws of Victoria, Australia apply.
